Refund policy

Zayda Hair & Apothecary is a service-based salon. Because salon services are performed in person, service appointments follow our cancellation policy: please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.

For any retail products purchased through this website, we accept returns of unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. To start a return, contact us at salon@zaydahair.com or call or text (210) 251-1152.
